Automotive Service Advisor

**About the Role**

We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Carson Automotive Group. As a Service Advisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional service and support throughout their vehicle service experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Manage customer requests for maintenance and repairs, providing accurate and timely information on repair options and costs
* Provide excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
* Write repair orders and communicate with customers about the status of work
* Collect payment for services, accurately handling cash and credit payments
* Sell additional services, including parts and accessories where appropriate

**Requirements**

* Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred, but not required
* General knowledge of parts and basic automotive repair procedures is an asset
* Valid class 5 driver's license is required
* Intermediate computer skills are necessary for this role
* Excellent phone manner and communication skills are essential
* High School Diploma or equivalent is required
