- Assist in managing project operations, including organizing meetings, overseeing control documents, and recording training needs.
- Oversee essential project documentation, monitor budget performance, and keep relevant files updated.
- Provide necessary administrative assistance as required.
- Track and manage project schedules, financials, and team rosters.
- Perform monthly budget reconciliations and consistently update project plans.
- Review project progress with teams to ensure timely completion within budgetary constraints.
- Identify any out-of-scope tasks and secure sponsor approval.
- Establish a time reporting system for project monitoring and invoicing.
- Support sponsor invoicing and revenue forecasting efforts.
- Prepare technical documents in accordance with project specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of 2 years in project administration, including at least 1 year in clinical trials or research environments
- Fluency in English
- Strong computer application skills
- Experience in project and financial management is advantageous
- Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools is beneficial
