In this role, the Operations Associate will work under general supervision to deliver exceptional customer service to clients with vehicles requiring repair.

The individual will assess vehicle damage, which may encompass automobiles, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, and recreational vehicles. Responsibilities include drafting damage repair estimates, negotiating straightforward and occasionally moderately complex settlements with repair facilities, and estimating repair durations for rental or loss of use.

Additionally, the Operations Associate will develop a solid understanding of SOX and regulatory compliance audits to enhance the overall service experience.
