About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Retail Sales Associate in our Coquitlam Centre store. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, building strong relationships with customers, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide personalized recommendations and solutions.
  • Drive sales growth by promoting products and services, and identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales targets and meet customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, features, and benefits to provide accurate and informed advice to customers.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Proven customer service experience, with a strong track record of providing exceptional service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm.
  • Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to promote products and services effectively.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
