Road Maintenance Clerk

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Road Maintenance Clerk to join our team at Coach Canada. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our road maintenance team.
Key Responsibilities:- Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the road maintenance team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Correspondence and Communication: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, and receive and forward telephone or electronic enquiries.
- Reports and Data Analysis: Work on reports from manual or electronic files, inventories, and databases, and perform data entry.
- Customer Service: Provide customer service to internal and external stakeholders, including responding to inquiries and resolving issues.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficiency in IBM AS/400.
- Team Building Opportunities: Collaborate with a dynamic team to achieve common goals.
