Freelance WordPress Developer (Map Project)

Spire Communications is seeking a skilled Freelance WordPress Developer to join our team on a remote basis, with a preference for candidates residing in the Washington, DC area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate closely with our project team to understand project requirements and objectives.
  • Customize and optimize the premium map plugin to integrate new features and UI/UX updates, ensuring seamless integration with existing WordPress functionalities.
  • Work with designers and other developers to implement design changes and improvements, maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
  • Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure the stability and performance of the website, meeting the highest standards of quality and reliability.
  • Develop and implement customized solutions to meet project needs, leveraging expertise in WordPress development and map plugin customization.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in WordPress development, with a focus on map plugin customization and integration.
  • Strong understanding of UI/UX principles and design best practices.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
  • Proficiency in WordPress development tools and technologies, including PHP, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
