Position Overview

The role of the Construction Site Supervisor at Smooth Concrete Services LTD involves overseeing various construction activities to ensure projects are completed efficiently and safely.

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Work Environment

This position requires flexibility as work will be conducted at various locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compile production and other relevant reports.
  • Oversee and manage workers and ongoing projects.
  • Coordinate and schedule daily activities effectively.
  • Provide training or arrange for the necessary training of staff.
  • Estimate costs and required materials for projects.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
  • Order or requisition materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities

Responsible for supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Work Conditions

Ability to work under pressure is essential.

Personal Attributes
  • Must be organized and reliable.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as a team player.
Experience Requirements

Candidates should have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience.
