Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at The Bombay Restaurant 2001 Ltd. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of food quality, service, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:- Establish Work Schedules: Plan and coordinate the work schedules of our kitchen staff to ensure efficient meal preparation and service.
- Supervise and Coordinate Activities: Oversee the preparation and portioning of food, ensuring that all dishes meet our quality control standards.
- Train Staff: Provide guidance and training to our kitchen staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
- Estimate Ingredients and Supplies: Accurately estimate the ingredients and supplies required for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory.
- Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, addressing any customer complaints or concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage to inform our inventory management and budgeting processes.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports to management on kitchen operations, sales, and customer feedback.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 40 hours per week.
