This position is integral to our mission of transforming the shopping experience for Canadians through cutting-edge eCommerce innovations. As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer, you will be instrumental in the design and implementation of machine learning algorithms across various domains, including Search, Ranking, Recommendations, and Supply Chain efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop high-performance machine learning solutions utilizing extensive datasets.
- Collaborate with platform engineers and product teams to create streamlined systems.
- Engage with interdisciplinary teams to enhance advertising effectiveness.
- Provide mentorship and technical guidance to fellow team members.
Required Qualifications:
- Master's degree in a relevant STEM discipline or equivalent professional experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in data analytics and machine learning methodologies.
