About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Bookkeeper to join our team at K Motel Steakhouse & Family Restaurant. As a Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing financial statements, and ensuring the integrity of our accounting systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including ledgers, journals, and other accounting documents.
  • Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Accounting System Maintenance: Ensure the accuracy and integrity of our accounting systems, including manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
  • Reconciliation: Reconcile accounts and ensure that all financial transactions are accurately recorded and reported.
  • Reporting: Prepare and review financial reports, including statistical, financial, and accounting reports.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Language: English
  • Work Hours: 35 hours per week
