Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Night Shift Warehouse Specialist to join our team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse facility by managing incoming deliveries, processing outgoing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and process incoming deliveries, verifying quantities and condition against documentation.
  • Organize and store materials in designated areas, ensuring proper labeling and stock rotation.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, accurately picking and packing orders according to customer specifications.
  • Utilize computer systems for order processing, inventory management, and shipping documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory control procedures.
  • Proficiency with computer systems and software applications.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy objects safely.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
