Job Title: Area Maintenance Technician

City Facilities Management Holdings Ltd is seeking a skilled Area Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for carrying out planned and reactive maintenance across various site locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPMs to ensure the smooth operation of our facilities.
  • Assist in carrying out planned and reactive maintenance, electrical, and mechanical plant works at various sites.
  • Work efficiently and effectively to complete tasks to the highest standards, while complying with all Health and Safety legislation.
  • Collaborate with other team members and management to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitor and update the Mercury system, including live job updates.
Requirements:
  • GCSE/Standard Grade level education as a minimum.
  • Previous experience in building maintenance is required.
  • Ability to maintain and repair a range of equipment.
  • Quality of repairs and maintenance.
  • Speed and efficiency of work.
  • Problem-solving skills.
  • Good PC skills, including Apple and Android.
  • Full driving license.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
