Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Carpentry Foreman to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for overseeing the installation of carpentry components on our industrial, commercial, and institutional construction projects.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and coordinate the work of carpentry crews
- Ensure high-quality workmanship and adherence to project specifications
- Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to achieve project goals
- Conduct site inspections and report any issues or concerns
- Develop and implement safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment
- 5+ years of experience in carpentry or a related field
- Proven track record of supervising and leading construction teams
- Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
