Lead Water Resource Engineer

About the Role: As a pivotal member of our Ontario Region, you will spearhead our water resource initiatives and broaden our market presence across Canada.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee stormwater management initiatives across diverse applications.
- Draft comprehensive design documentation, specifications, and permit submissions.
- Mentor junior engineers while engaging with clients and regulatory bodies.
- Manage project timelines and budgets, ensuring seamless collaboration with interdisciplinary teams.
- Foster client relationships and supervise the preparation of proposals.
Qualifications:
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil, Water Resources, or Environmental Engineering.
- Hold a Professional Engineer license in Ontario.
- Bring a minimum of 20 years of experience in water resources consulting.
- Demonstrate expertise in hydrology, hydraulics, stormwater management, and drainage design.
- Have a solid understanding of MECP and Conservation stormwater guidelines.
- Exhibit excellent communication skills and a readiness to travel as necessary.
- Experience with modeling software such as SWMM and HEC-RAS is essential.
