About the Role

Stonerise Construction is a leading developer and builder with a strong track record of success and a promising future ahead. We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Management: Oversee the construction process, including defining project scope, identifying critical paths, and leading the timing of each construction stage.
  • Risk Management: Prioritize, plan, and coordinate potential risks and technical challenges.
  • Resource Allocation: Determine resources required to ensure all aspects of the project are managed appropriately.
  • Design and Coordination: Lead design and coordination meetings, and liaise with partners, consultants, construction management teams, building trades, and municipal staff.
  • Financial Management: Responsible for financial monitoring of the project, including forecasting, schedule progress, design changes, and potential construction overruns.
  • Development and Permit Applications: Coordinate all aspects of development and permit applications, drawings, and documents prior to permit submission.
  • Consultant Management: Manage consultant working drawing groups and meetings.
  • Project Reviews and Reporting: Conduct project reviews and create/generate reporting as required.
Requirements
  • Education: Project Management training or related college diploma.
  • Experience: Previous 3-5 years of Ontario experience in a project management role with project values of $2MM and above.
  • Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Bluebeam software. Highly organized, ability to multitask, strong attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
  • Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
