Electronics Technologist / Electronics Engineer Opportunity at WOLF Advanced Technology

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Electronics Technologist / Electronics Engineer to join our production team at WOLF Advanced Technology. As an integral part of our team, you will work with cutting-edge electronics and processing modules, conduct testing and debugging, provide technical support, and assist in developing innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and test prototype and production-grade electronics products
  • Perform conformance verification for electronics, assembly, software, and firmware
  • Document anomalies and deviations in quality management systems
  • Support root cause analysis for customer inquiries
  • Propose corrective actions for manufacturing and quality issues
  • Engage in hand soldering and other assembly processes
  • Provide feedback to enhance production processes
  • Contribute to engineering and production documentation
  • Execute test procedures and report findings
  • Maintain confidentiality of corporate data
  • Ensure compliance with defined processes
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements
  • Participate in design feedback and changes
  • Utilize lab tools and instruments for analysis
  • Support troubleshooting and circuit analysis
  • Document and report design validation results
  • Conduct product validation tests

Requirements:

  • Proficient in written and spoken English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office and CAD software
  • Familiarity with soldering and mechanical assembly
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of high-speed interfaces and video standards
  • Experience with FPGA programming and embedded software
  • Proficiency in operating system and driver troubleshooting
  • Exposure to design software and firmware flashing
  • Familiarity with electronics inspection and testing
  • Experience with NVIDIA, AMD, CUDA, or OpenCL technologies

Education and Certifications:

  • Electronics Technologist Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering degree
  • Certifications such as CQE, CQT, and IPC are advantageous
