- Task Organization and Coordination: Organize and coordinate tasks to accomplish the work, ensuring timely completion and meeting production targets.
- Staff Supervision and Training: Supervise and train general farm workers and harvesting labourers, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
- Quality Control and Record Keeping: Maintain quality control and production records, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available for analysis and decision-making.
- Machinery and Equipment Maintenance: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet safety standards.
Requirements:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in farm operations or a related field
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
Working Conditions:
- 35 hours per week
- Permanent position
- English language required
