Lifemark is seeking a skilled Physiotherapist to join our team at In Motion Physiotherapy and Wellness White Rock. As a Physiotherapist at Lifemark, you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team of healthcare professionals to provide exceptional patient care.
About the RoleThis is a full-time permanent position that requires a graduate in Physiotherapy from a recognized university and registration with the College of Physical Therapists of British Columbia. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience treating clients in an outpatient clinical setting, although new graduates are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute individualized treatment plans based on analysis and clinical reasoning.
- Continuously evaluate client progress and drive quality improvement in patient care delivery.
- Collaborate with other rehabilitation professionals at the clinic.
- Utilize e-charting software for documenting treatment sessions and recommendations.
- Manage a caseload in a fast-paced environment.
- Effectively communicate with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve service excellence.
- Engage in continuous learning, mentorship, and skills development.
