Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Quality Suites London.

Key Responsibilities
  • Train and develop maintenance staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and personnel records.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure minimal disruption to hotel operations.
  • Supervise and mentor maintenance staff to ensure they are working safely and efficiently.
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that maintenance activities are aligned with hotel goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a maintenance or facilities management role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • English as the primary language of work.
  • 30 hours per week.
