Job Summary
Sunglass Hut, a global leader in the sale of premium sunglasses, is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and creating a positive store environment.
Key Responsibilities
\t- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a personalized and unique shopping experience for all customers.
\t - Meet or exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationships.
\t - Contribute to a positive store environment, fostering strong relationships with peers and management.
\t - Maintain a high level of product knowledge, staying up-to-date on new arrivals, promotions, and sales.
\t - Participate in visual merchandising and store displays to create an engaging and attractive store environment.
\t - Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements
\t- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
\t - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\t - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
\t - Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
\t - Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
\t - Self-motivated and results-driven individual with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Pay Range
Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage requirements. In addition, you may also be offered a competitive bonus and/or commission plan, which complements a first-class total rewards package.
