Key Responsibilities
  • Perform cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, and scrubbing floors and hallways.
  • Utilize industrial vacuum cleaners to eliminate dirt and debris.
  • Manage waste disposal by emptying trash cans and other containers.
  • Maintain cleanliness of windows, walls, and ceilings.
  • Assist in moving heavy furniture and equipment.
  • Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including painting and drywall repairs.
  • Caring for plants and maintaining outdoor areas.
  • Ensure bathrooms and fixtures are cleaned and disinfected.
  • Operate with minimal supervision.
  • Clear snow and ice from walkways and parking areas.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Capable of handling heavy loads exceeding 45 kg (100 lbs).
  • Physically demanding work requiring bending, crouching, and kneeling.
