Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Sumo Sumo Sushi Bar & Grill. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve specialty food and beverages to customers
  • Present bills to customers and accept payment in a timely and efficient manner
  • Describe menu items, including daily specials, to customers and make recommendations
  • Clear and clean tables, trays, and chairs to maintain a clean and welcoming environment
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Requirements
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and credit transactions
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 25 pounds
