Job Title: Long Haul Driver

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Long Haul Driver to join our team at CRB Translogistics.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for operating a tractor-trailer unit, transporting goods across the country, and ensuring the safe and timely delivery of cargo.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a tractor-trailer unit to transport goods across the country, adhering to all relevant regulations and safety protocols.
  • Conduct pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in good working condition and to identify any potential issues.
  • Load and unload goods safely and efficiently, using proper lifting techniques to avoid injury.
  • Communicate effectively with central dispatch, customers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Maintain accurate records of cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Ensure the safety and security of cargo, adhering to all relevant regulations and protocols.
Requirements:
  • AZ class license and a valid passport.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Physical stamina to handle heavy loads and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work overtime as required, including overnight shifts and cross-border trips.
