We are seeking a skilled and motivated Bakery Team Member to join our team at 0957016BC LTD. As a key member of our bakery team, you will be responsible for assisting our Pastry Chefs in the preparation and production of high-quality baked goods.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in the preparation and production of baked goods, including mixing, baking, and decorating.
- Requisition and order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed.
- Train and supervise junior staff members in preparation, cooking, and handling of food.
- Prepare special orders and ensure that products meet established quality standards.
- Inspect kitchen and food service areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Operate machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels.
- 1-2 years of experience in a bakery or related environment.
- Ability to distinguish between colors and attention to detail.
- Fast-paced environment and ability to work under pressure.
- Manual dexterity and ability to handle heavy loads.
- Standing for extended periods and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
