About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Masonry Specialist to join our team at Next Power Inc.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles, or other masonry units to ensure high-quality construction.
  • Estimate materials, tools, and equipment required for projects, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Lay bricks, stone, or similar materials to provide veneer facing, meeting strict quality standards.
  • Construct and install prefabricated masonry units, adhering to safety protocols.
Work Environment

This role involves working in a fast-paced construction environment, with a focus on commercial, industrial, and residential projects.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a related field.
  • Basic security clearance.
  • Ability to work in physically demanding conditions, handling heavy loads, and standing for extended periods.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team.
