Job Title: Ice Cream Counter Attendant

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Ice Cream Counter Attendant to join our team at Dandy's Artisan Ice Cream. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, operating our ice cream counters, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate ice cream counters, including handling cash and credit transactions
  • Prepare and serve ice cream and other frozen treats to customers
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including the ice cream counter and surrounding areas
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Work effectively as part of a team to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
  • Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
