Job Title: Security Guard Mobile

At Paladin Security, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Security Guard Mobile to join our team. As a Security Guard Mobile, you will be responsible for providing exceptional security services to our clients, ensuring their safety and security at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to alarms and service calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Conduct property inspections to identify potential security risks
  • Supervise guards and ensure they are performing their duties effectively
  • Assist with scheduling and client liaison duties
  • Perform vehicle maintenance and ensure all equipment is in good working order
Requirements:
  • Valid G Class license with a minimum of 3 years of driving experience
  • Drivers abstract with no more than 2 minor convictions, no major convictions, and no more than 6 demerits in the last 3 years
  • Diploma in Police Foundations, Protection Security & Investigations, Border Services, or Criminology (preferred)
  • Previous security experience (an asset)
  • Working knowledge of the Trespass to Property Act and Mental Health Act
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated punctuality and reliability, tact, and diplomacy
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • First Aid, CPR Level C
  • COVID Double Vaccinated
  • Standard First Aid, CPR Level C
  • Valid Ontario Security License
