Accounting Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Accounting Associate to join our team at 360insights. As an Accounting Associate, you will be responsible for obtaining financial data, processing invoices, and maintaining accurate accounting records.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and send accurate client invoices and reports using 360 Systems
- Support monthly close process
- Reconcile accounts receivable and support AR collections
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies and inquires in a timely manner
- Client deposit reconciliations
- Support internal meetings, representing Finance Operations
- Various other Accounting/Finance related Functions as requested
- Completed post-secondary diploma or degree. In the field of Accounting, Finance or Business would be considered a benefit.
- Exceptional knowledge of Excel, Microsoft Office and Outlook
- Effective verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Outstanding organizational and follow-thru skills
- Fast learner, detail oriented, efficient working style and ability to work independently
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure and very tight deadlines
- Excellent analytical, thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent prioritization and time management skills.
