Job Overview

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of a college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma program lasting 1 to 2 years.
Key Responsibilities
  • Inform supervisors regarding any deficiencies in ingredients or products.
  • Collect samples of products at various stages of production.
  • Inspect ingredients and finished products to verify compliance with company standards.
  • Perform routine testing to assess product specifications.
  • Maintain hygiene and sanitation practices in accordance with policies and regulations.
Technical Knowledge
  • Familiarity with HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points) principles.
