Production Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Production Supervisor to join our team at Vernon Sausage Company LTD. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our sausage production line, ensuring that all products meet our high quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and control the production process, identifying and addressing any issues or bottlenecks that may arise.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including production schedules, inventory levels, and quality control data.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a production or supervisory role.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
The successful candidate will work in a cold/refrigerated environment with a moderate level of noise. The work setting is a meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment.
