Job Title: Warehouse Associate

Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Associate to join our team at CJ Logistics America. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate picking and packing of products for outbound shipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack items according to specifications
  • Meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Handle small objects and perform tasks that require precision
  • Work closely with shift management and leads to accomplish shift goals
  • Report errors and/or issues to the appropriate member of leadership
  • Participate in all training programs provided
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Basic computer skills; ability to work in multiple applications at the same time (Excel, email, WMS)
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience in a warehouse operation environment
  • Detailed-oriented with the ability to perform multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
  • Ability to follow oral and/or written instruction
  • Good interpersonal skills and ability to work with internal and external customers
  • Dependable
  • Ability to stand, walk, and lift heavy objects for extended periods
  • Ability to count and measure accurately
  • CSA approved Safety Shoes (green label) are required
  • Able to work overtime, as required
