Job Summary:

The Government of Saskatchewan is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Professional Standards Senior Investigator to join their team in the Provincial Protective Services Branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough and impartial investigations into allegations of misconduct and other sensitive matters.
  • Provide guidance and support to law enforcement agencies on policies and standards related to professional conduct.
  • Develop and implement effective policies and procedures to promote a culture of integrity and accountability within the organization.
  • Prepare and present reports on investigations and policy recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in a related field, such as criminology, law, or public administration.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in law enforcement or a related field, with a strong background in investigations and policy development.
  • Proven leadership and management skills, with experience in supervising and mentoring teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
