About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Technology Officer to join our team at Toonie Holding Inc. as a strategic leader who can drive innovation and business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resource Allocation: Allocate material, human, and financial resources to implement organizational policies and programs, ensuring optimal utilization and alignment with business objectives.
  • Department Establishment: Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and associated senior staff positions, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
  • Strategic Planning: Establish objectives for the organization and formulate or approve policies and programs that drive business growth, innovation, and competitiveness.
  • Representation: Represent the organization, or delegate representatives to act on behalf of the organization, in negotiations or other official functions, ensuring effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
  • Talent Management: Select middle managers, directors, or other executive staff, delegate necessary authority, and create optimum working conditions to drive business success.
  • Event Management: Manage events that promote business growth, innovation, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring effective planning, execution, and evaluation.
  • Performance Evaluation: Conduct performance reviews to assess employee performance, provide feedback, and identify areas for improvement, driving business excellence and employee development.
Technical Requirements
  • Software Proficiency: Proficient in Jira, MS Access, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Windows.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of product development principles, practices, and technologies.
Work Environment
  • Work Term: Permanent position.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 40 hours per week.
