Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Concrete Pump Operator to join our team at Tegart Concrete Pumping Ltd. As a Concrete Pump Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our concrete pumping equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operations on construction sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate and maintain concrete pumping equipment, including pumps, boom pipes, and associated accessories.
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials as required.
  • Read blueprints and determine work requirements to ensure accurate and efficient operations.
  • Assist in aligning pipes during pipeline construction and perform routine maintenance work.
  • Clean up chemical spills and other contaminants, and tend or feed machines or equipment used in construction.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
Requirements
  • Air Brake (Z) Endorsement.
  • Driver's License (Class 3 or D).
  • Driving record check (abstract).
  • Fast-paced environment, handling heavy loads.
  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports newcomers and/or refugees.
  • Participates in a government or community program or initiative that supports Indigenous people.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 35 hours per week.
