About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Exerciser, Equine Professional to join our team at Michael P. De Paulo. As an Exerciser, you will be responsible for providing top-notch care and exercise to our equine athletes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Exercise and Training: Design and implement customized exercise programs to enhance the physical fitness and well-being of our equine athletes.
  • Equine Care: Provide exceptional care and attention to the daily needs of our horses, including feeding, grooming, and veterinary care.
  • Stable Management: Assist in the maintenance and upkeep of our stables, including cleaning, feeding, and equipment management.
  • Communication: Maintain open and effective communication with our team, including veterinarians, trainers, and other support staff.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Work Environment: This role requires working outdoors in various weather conditions, including hot, cold, and wet/damp environments.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires a high level of physical fitness and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
