At Macdonald, Dettwiler And Associates Corporation, we're pushing the boundaries of space exploration and innovation. As a Junior EGSE and Test Engineer, you'll be part of our Satellite Systems team, working on cutting-edge projects that will take you to new heights.

About the Role:

We're seeking a motivated and talented engineer to join our Power and RF engineering department. As an EGSE and Test Engineer, you'll collaborate with our multi-disciplinary teams to develop test equipment for satellite electronic units. Your tasks will include:

  • Designing and supporting the manufacturing of electrical test equipment and cable harnesses;
  • Producing design documentation, such as electrical diagrams and assembly drawings;
  • Assisting engineering in analyses and writing of test procedures;
  • Supporting procurement, manufacturing, and validation of test equipment.

Requirements:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A BSc or equivalent in Electrical Engineering;
  • Hands-on experience in electronic design;
  • Proficiency in Diptrace or equivalent PCB CAD tools, Python, and Microsoft Office suite.

Security Clearance:

Successful candidates must obtain and hold security clearance at the reliability status level and pass security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR.
