The Sales Associate operates in a dynamic retail setting, specializing in organic, vegan, and natural food products. This role is ideal for individuals who are enthusiastic about health and embody a lifestyle centered around wellness. The perfect candidate will thrive in a traditional health food environment and possess a comprehensive understanding of Health, Veganic, and Organic food products.

Experience
- Prior experience in retail sales and inventory management within the food sector is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills; proficiency in English is essential.
Daily Activities
- Deliver outstanding customer service both in-person and via phone.
- Address customer inquiries, ask relevant questions to assess their needs, and promote additional products when suitable.
- Manage transactions at the register, including cash and credit sales.
- Conduct product demonstrations in accordance with Food Safe standards.
- Restock shelves, coolers, and freezers, adhering to proper rotation protocols.
- Maintain cleanliness in the Café and Retail Store throughout the day and at closing.
- Ensure timely disposal of garbage and recycling.
- Uphold cleanliness standards in restrooms.
Additional Requirements
- Ability to frequently bend and reach while stocking.
- Flexibility with schedule adjustments and shift timings.
- Capability to lift up to 25 kg.
- Availability to work six days a week.
