Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver remote training and assistance to clients via the Internet.
  • Engage with clients to discuss requirements and clarify functionalities, accommodating varying levels of technical expertise.
  • Develop and maintain training documentation and resources tailored for different training tiers.
  • Ensure training materials are current and reflect new product updates.
  • Create and refresh client documentation on support platforms.
  • Produce instructional training videos.
  • Achieve expertise in the product through self-directed learning.
  • Coordinate projects involving clients and internal teams.
  • Support testing of the online web product.
  • Occasionally travel for on-site training sessions.
  • Consult with clients to evaluate their needs and configure setups accordingly.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent college diploma.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a professional training capacity.
  • Familiarity with web products and solutions.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
  • Skills in technical writing and video editing.
  • Experience with HTML and Content Management Systems.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and instructional skills.
  • Experience in related sectors such as Golf Clubs or Hospitality is advantageous.
