Position Overview

As a Culinary Support Staff member at STARHOUSE FOOD CORPORATION, you will play a vital role in maintaining the efficiency and cleanliness of our kitchen environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Table Management: Clear and sanitize tables, trays, and chairs to ensure a clean dining experience.
  • Inventory Tracking: Keep accurate records of food quantities utilized in daily operations.
  • Take-Out Services: Package and prepare take-out food orders for customers.
  • Food Preparation: Portion and wrap various food items as required.
  • Stock Management: Organize and replenish supplies in refrigerators and salad bars.
  • Customer Interaction: Take and process customer orders efficiently.
  • Cleaning Protocols: Handle and store cleaning agents safely.
  • Supply Handling: Receive, unpack, and store kitchen supplies in designated areas.
  • Waste Management: Remove kitchen waste and trash regularly.
  • Floor Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish kitchen floors to maintain hygiene standards.
  • Food Preparation: Wash, peel, and cut vegetables and fruits as needed.
Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is considered an asset.
