Key Responsibilities- Market Research and Analysis
Conduct thorough market research to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the retail industry. Analyze market reports, trade publications, and sales promotion materials to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Product Sourcing and ProcurementEstablish and maintain relationships with suppliers to negotiate prices, discounts, and credit terms. Oversee the distribution of merchandise to our stores, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
Inventory ManagementMonitor and maintain adequate stock levels to meet customer demand. Review requirements of our stores and determine the quantity and type of merchandise to purchase.
Customer ServiceProvide exceptional customer service by ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and that customers have a positive shopping experience.
Team CollaborationWork closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
ExperienceAt least 1 year of experience in a retail or procurement role is required.
Personal QualitiesYou must be accurate, efficient, and organized with excellent interpersonal skills. You should also be flexible and able to work well under pressure.
