We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team at ComForCare Home Health Care - Guelph-Cambridge. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily activities to promote independence and quality of life for our clients.
  • Provide personal care and support with mobility, transfers, and range of motion exercises.
  • Prepare and serve meals, manage household needs, and provide companionship and respite services.
Requirements
  • Ontario PSW Certificate or Internationally Educated Nursing Credentials.
  • At least three years of previous experience as an at-home caregiver or in senior communities.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
