Kitchen Assistant

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Kitchen Helper to join our team at Twenty Two Taphouse Ltd. DBA Twenty Two Taphouse. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment, receiving and storing supplies, and assisting with food preparation and presentation.
Key Responsibilities- Clean and sanitize kitchen equipment, work surfaces, and storage areas to ensure a safe and healthy environment.
- Receive, unpack, and store supplies in refrigerators, freezers, cupboards, and other storage areas.
- Remove kitchen garbage and trash, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
- Assist with food preparation, including washing, peeling, and cutting vegetables and fruit.
- Work collaboratively with our kitchen team to ensure efficient and effective food service.
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience an asset, but not necessary.
- Reliability and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a positive attitude.
- Team player with excellent communication skills.
- Permanent position with 35 hours per week.
