Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

Lorven Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for leading analysis phases to identify, track, escalate, and resolve business systems issues in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead analysis phases to identify, track, escalate, and resolve business systems issues in an Agile environment
  • Act as the liaison between technology teams and support teams for product delivery
  • Perform impact analysis to identify impact to existing applications/services
  • Manage risks, assumptions, and constraints for requirements, and communicate to appropriate parties
  • Experience in Incident Management and RCA
  • Experience in JIRA or Confluence Tool usage
  • Experience using Github maintaining repos
  • Understanding of SOA (service-oriented architecture)
Desirable Skills:
  • Wealth Management domain experience
  • Working with agile methodology, multidisciplinary team
  • Excellent leadership skills, ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Strong collaboration with business and operations stakeholders, plus system SMEs
  • Experience in Temenos product will be added advantage
