We are currently looking for a Wills and Trusts Associate to enhance our existing practice in the Wills and Estates sector. This role is situated in a vibrant business area of Toronto, easily accessible via public transportation. The ideal candidate will exhibit exceptional interpersonal skills and a strong understanding of business principles, enabling them to effectively manage our extensive client portfolio while also attracting new clientele.

The successful applicant will have 3-5 years of experience in drafting Wills and Powers of Attorney, as well as advising executors on all facets of Estate administration. This includes preparing and submitting applications for estate trustee appointments and managing all related Estate matters comprehensively. Proficiency in drafting primary and secondary Wills, Henson trusts, spousal trusts, residence trusts, and insurance trusts is highly desirable. Candidates should be adept at client interactions, possess excellent writing capabilities, and demonstrate a strong commitment to their work. The selected individual will independently manage their own caseload and collaborate with KRMC's real estate and corporate legal teams to deliver a client-focused Wills and Estates practice.
