About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team at LALLI CONSTRUCTION & LANDSCAPING LTD.

Key Responsibilities
  • Problem-Solving and Technical Advice

Resolve complex work problems, provide technical guidance, and recommend measures to enhance productivity and product quality.

Cost Estimation and Materials Management

Accurately estimate costs and materials required for projects, ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Reporting and Coordination

Prepare and submit production and other reports in a timely manner, coordinating activities to meet project deadlines.

Health and Safety

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment for all personnel.

Project Scheduling and Supervision

Establish effective methods to meet project schedules, supervising workers and projects to ensure successful outcomes.

Materials and Supplies

Requisition materials and supplies as needed, maintaining a well-stocked inventory.

Team Leadership

Supervise and lead teams of workers, providing guidance and support to ensure project success.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent.

Experience

Experience in a related field is an asset.

Work Term

Permanent position.

Work Language

English.

Hours

35 hours per week.
