About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Music Program Coordinator to join our team at Five Corners Inc. as a key member of our concert production team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Staff: Oversee and manage a team of staff members to ensure the smooth execution of concert events.
  • Equipment Management: Set up, operate, and make repairs to lighting and other electrical equipment to ensure high-quality performances.
  • Talent Acquisition: Audition and cast performers for roles in our concert productions.
  • Event Planning: Collaborate with the production team to plan and execute concert events, including venue selection, logistics, and marketing.
Requirements
  • Education: A college, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Computer Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Windows, and MS Word.
  • Transportation: A valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
