Job Title: Retail Shelf Stocker

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Retail Shelf Stocker to join our team at 2407584 ALBERTA LTD.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining a well-stocked and organized retail environment, ensuring that products are accurately priced and displayed, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Receive and process incoming stock, including unpacking and counting items
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks
  • Restock shelves and display areas, ensuring a visually appealing and well-organized store environment
  • Process customer transactions and operate a cash register
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping and mopping floors
  • Assist with ordering stock and maintaining a clean and organized stockroom
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods
