Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain business requirements and system requirements documentation
  • Facilitate workshops and working sessions with stakeholders to gather and validate business needs
  • Analyze and document workflows, business processes, and standard operating procedures
  • Prepare test plans, test cases, and support user acceptance testing initiatives
  • Contribute to and document various training guides, system support documentation, and tools
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst, including requirements gathering, use case analysis, and detailed design activities
  • Experience working in the IM/IT field and with health analytics or health reporting database systems
  • Business Analyst certifications such as IIBA-CBAP, IIBA-ECBA
