Salesforce Solution Architect

CB Canada is seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for designing and implementing complex, enterprise-level Salesforce solutions that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical leadership and guidance on Salesforce strategy and architecture.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Design and implement Salesforce configurations, integrations, and customizations.
  • Develop and maintain detailed architectural documentation and technical guides.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a Senior SFDC Architect in a mid to large-sized organization.
  • Proven experience with full life-cycle Salesforce implementation, including Salesforce CRM, B2B Commerce, CPQ, and Salesforce Community.
  • 5+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex and Visual Force).
  • Experience with Salesforce Lightning and Einstein.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or other technology-related field.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with different deployment techniques, such as changesets, ants, and Jenkins.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce Automation tools, such as Process Builder, Visual Flows, and Approval Processes.
  • Certifications in Salesforce Administration, Advanced Admin, Service Cloud, Platform Developer I & II, App Builder, and Certified Technical Architect.
