About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Domfoam Inc. Key Responsibilities
  • Travel within your assigned territory to meet with customers and prospects to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct regular calls and face-to-face meetings with customers to build trust and establish strong relationships.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, including identifying new business opportunities and upselling/cross-selling existing customers.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition and identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to develop and implement effective marketing strategies to support sales efforts.
  • Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, including sales performance metrics and customer feedback.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of sales experience in a business-to-business (B2B) environment.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on results and customer satisfaction.
  • Knowledge of the polyurethane foam industry and its applications.
